A Message from the Polaris
Building a Legacy of Impact
It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Polaris of the Delta Kappa Omega Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. At the heart of my vision for this chapter is a simple yet profound goal: to make sure our story is told not only through words, but through our work.
We are a brotherhood that transcends age and industry. Within our ranks, you will find men in their 20s standing alongside those in their 60s, dynamic entrepreneurs, dedicated teachers, visionary founders, elected officials and accomplished businessmen. We are fathers, mentors, and community pillars who have come together from various backgrounds to prove that collective effort is the catalyst for a better world.
What makes our chapter special is not that we are all the same. It is that we continue to grow together despite our differences. We challenge one another, support one another, and stand beside one another through every season of life. In this chapter, shoulders are provided when tears fall, wisdom is shared when guidance is needed, and accountability is given when growth is required.
Our mission is bigger than meetings and events. I want Delta Kappa Omega to be known as a chapter where successful men remain humble enough to serve, experienced men remain willing to teach, and younger men remain inspired to lead. Our greatest accomplishment will never simply be what we build individually, but what we build together.
